We are just about to Open this bad boy up to Everyone. So We are setting the Opening Day for November 9th a Saturday. Still more details to come in the following days. We just kegged up this amazing beer today and it should be ready for open day. This is a Mix culture Golden sour Fermented and aged in American Oak Foeders for 12 months then refermented on Blackberries,boysenberries and Blueberries.
