The Park Restaurant

Eater LA published a list of 18 places to get a great meal in Echo Park and guess what? The Park is not on the list. Last year when they wrote an article about places to get food before a Dodger game in Echo Park, guess what? The Park was not on it. In fact, I think in the eleven years we have been in business, we may have been mentioned twice in this distinguished publication. Personally I don’t care what the staff at Eater LA thinks about The Park. But these mentions transl...ate to business for the restaurant and that makes them important. Maybe its a mistake, maybe it’s an oversight. Maybe they actually don’t know that we are here. So, I have a favor to ask those of you who care about The Park. Please go now to https://la.eater.com//echo-park-best-essential-restaurants and sign in to their comment page. Tell them why you think The Park might be one of the best 18 restaurants in Echo Park. I want to flood them with comments because I am quite frankly insulted. In these circumstances, I can not stand up for myself, so I am asking you to stand up for me. Whether you just came in last week, haven’t been here in years, whether you are a family friend or just someone who reads the emails let’s make sure that Eater LA knows that The Park is here and deserves to be recognized. And when you send your comments, please send me an email telling me that you did. I have a suspicion that they will not print these comments in the numbers they are received.
