Since we found ourselves in a Covid-19 world, we have done our very best to keep our team & customers safe, knowing that eventually the virus would find it’s way to our community. That has happened, and we want to share with you a bit while protecting our team’s privacy. This team member was last in the store on Sunday, Aug 30th - three days before becoming symptomatic - and has since been quarantined. Our protocol when a team member notifies us of possible exposure, or o...f symptoms follows: -Team member is asked to quarantine and seek testing within 24 hours if they have not yet done so -They are interviewed re: close contacts with our team both in and out of the store -We work directly with a Marin Public Health (MPH) nurse & follow their recommendations. MPH determines if any team members must quarantine or test based on contact. -Notify team members as needed -Promptly provide testing for any close contacts identified by MPH Based on the precautions we take at the Palace, the MPH has ascertained that there are no worries re: exposure to our customers. If you have any questions, please do let us know.
