Dear Mamas, Daddies Caregivers, Family and Friends Join Carmen and Georgiana for YOGA AT THE BEACH ( on the green grassy area under the palm-trees FRIDAYS starting May 11th, 11am - 12:15noon ... This is a Family Yoga/ Pre-natal/ Postpartum and Partner Yoga, Kids... in other words, EVERYONE come, Class is open to moms, dads, babies, caregivers and friends and family! We are all part of a Larger family! easy access and with a cafe and bathrooms very close plus a short walk from the car parking lot of you are driving. Directions: Take Ocean Park Boulevard west to the ocean (it stops @Barnard Way) Turn Left onto Barnard Way Turn Right at the stop sign into the parking lot 5 SOUTH (1 block south of Ocean Park Blvd.) Turn immediately Right into Short Term Parking lot We will be set up for yoga in the grassy area between Short Term Parking and Perry's restaurant *Short Term Parking: $2 for 2 hours We will have everything , just show up!
