So often our world is crazy busy! We don’t intentionally take time to rest, and when we do, often time the rest isn’t actually the helpful, deep, spiritual rest that scripture talks about. This Sunday we have a CYA Sunday in which we go over the Spiritual Discipline of Sabbath. What does it look like to be faithful with our rest? What does practicing Sabbath even entail? What does the Bible have to say about Sabbath? Join us at in Room 27 at 1:30pm this Sunday =]... Hope to see you there!

This Wednesday at 7pm in the sanctuary we have our Concert of Prayer event! God is mighty and will really move in our church and in our lives, but He wants us to ask Him. He wants us to call out to Him that we might depend on Him more and more. The more we depend on Him the more He will show up, because He won't let us down! Amen! So all that being said, please join us to pray, that we might depend on God more and see Him work mightily. And in case you haven't heard, we are... starting a new book series for our Wednesday Nights on 1st Corinthians! This book is cool because it has daily, bite-sized reflections on the passage throughout the week, so that when we come together, we've already spent time thinking about it. Pick the book up this Wednesday at church if you haven't yet (talk to Matt or Breanna) or if you're unable to go, buy it from the link for amazon and we'll reimburse you.
