The Disappearing Dent

Here's a before and after picture of a 2018 BMW XD 30i on the right rear door. This was a difficult Dent with crowning over an upward brace and an adjacent insulation pad glued to the back of the panel. The distinctive line that is protruding outward is the crowning area. Using nylon taps to smooth out this area is very tedious and time consuming. Also pushing through the insulation pad to align the other areas poses it's own issues especially when working the edges of the pad as it's an uneven surface. After around 2.5 hours I managed a 95%+ recovery for another satisfied Customer.
