Happy Wednesday good people! We are bringing Zumba back next Tuesday at 4:30 and Thursday at 4:30. I hope to see you for Body Flex at 5:30 tonight! I have REALLY missed teaching. It feels so good to be back. I was excited to be cleaning all the treadmills top to bottom yesterday LOL That's how much I've missed my gym family! Thank you for all the love and support! xoxo

We are having classes this week at The Club. Lori will be teaching 20.20.20 at 5:30. If you're feeling a little stressed out, come work out. You'll feel better :) I'm working the desk and sanitizing equipment. I'd love to see your face

Happy Monday friends! We are going to have Body Flex tonight at 5:30. I can't believe it but there is a little bit of sunshine. Still smokey but not nearly as bad for now. If you are feeling a bit stressed out, come take class :) I'll show modifications and we'll feel much better afterwards. Stay healthy and safe xo

We will be cancelling 5:30 classes for the rest of the week. I am sorry to miss classes. I was excited to teach Tabata and Sport Circuit. We can't open windows and doors because of the smoke. Hope to resume classes next week. Stay safe and well my friends

I am sorry friends but we will not have Body Flex tonight at 5:30. We will not be able to open the windows and doors with the air quality being what it is. We feel it is a safety issue with Covid too. Please check back tomorrow.

It has been brought to our attention that people are confused about The Club hours. You still have 24 HOUR ACCESS!! You can use the equipment at any time. Just our front desk hours are limited for now. Classes start tonight at 5:30

Hi friends. The Club is open after four long months. We opened this past Monday. We have limited hours for sign ups for now. The 24 hour access is always available. Please do not come in if you are sick! If you had a balance on your account (ex: 20 days) then we extended your account for 20 days. We will have to wait to resume classes for now as we are trying to cut our expenses. I want to thank all of our members for your years of support. We hope to be able to continue to serve in our community that we love so much. Please remember to show kindness. We are all struggling to find safe ways to get through this. We have taken all measures to provide a safe and clean environment. Nothing is more important to us than your health. Stay well. xoxo Gina

The 24 hour access door is operational and all accounts have been started to reflect exactly where they left off four months ago. Masks and distancing are required by the state and county. As always, please be courteous and and wipe down equipment and weights after each use. I'll post the modified sign-up hours soon.

Hi members! We will be opening the door at 9 AM tomorrow. I had planned on turning the door access on today so "the breakfast club" could get in early but, the program needs a reset code that I can't get until tomorrow. We're sorry for the inconvenience but will hopefully see you all soon!!

Hi everyone! Gina and I are working to try and be County certified and safe to reopen on July 20th. If all goes well, we'll see you in a couple of weeks! :)
