Note that if the President signs this bill, the tax filing date for all Partnerships / LLC’s switches from April 15 to March 15, effective tax season 2017 (for 2016 tax year). Also if signed, C-Corps will be due April 15th but S-Corps will still be March 15th. FBAR will be April 15 but allowed a 6 month extension.
