2021 is here!! We are so happy to introduce our 3 support groups: 1) Coping with Stress & Anxiety 2) Finding Myself 3) L.I.F.E Group ... Life can get a bit stressful and hectic for students, especially during our current pandemic-- let us help support your student(s) with academic and life pressures! Our groups provide a safe space for middle school and high school students to share life experiences and concerns, cultivate self esteem and confidence, and learn coping techniques for difficult life transitions.
