Meet Mr. Cooper!! He is one of my longest and most loyal clients, and friend. I was pregnant when he bought his first house with me and now he has a new bride, the sweetest baby boy and a precious little lady on the way. TWO houses closing on Tuesday! Lots of juggling going on with contingencies, paperwork, moving, escrow flooding, and last minute items needing attention. But, the finish line is around the corner. My Buyers will begin a new chapter, in a new area and a new home. Close to friends, family and a community they love. I’m excited for their sweet family and to see this home filled with their decor and their love! My Seller will be closing a chapter on her childhood home but gaining... a sense of relief with this loose end being well taken care of. It’s been a lot work and they will be able to relax knowing everything has been dealt with. A beginning for one and an end for another. This is real life in real estate. Several offers over asking. All of the potential Buyer’s fell in love It wasn’t hard getting offers in, but it was difficult having to only pick one. It was a tough decision to make but we know these Buyers admired and adored the home they way our Sellers do.
