Here is why you hire a good agent to sell homes and land - I have a client that called about this land to view- I can’t find the parcel to match a listing for the life of me- the listing agent has no clue and has this parcel listed as on the highway- I keep researching and Um NO you are not even close and she cannot provide directions or information - so how can you sell that for the seller??
