On Thursday, October 28th we will be offering samples of these uniquely sour beers aged on fruit (persimmon and blackberry). You’ll get to taste the beers while learning about them in detail with Sean VanSickel aka Sour Sean. If you haven’t met Sour Sean, he is the head of our Sour Beer Program. He creates all of our traditional and fun(ky) sour brews. He’s been an avid home brewer for over six years years and even uses his own propagated culture of bacteria and wild yeast.
