http://kck.st/1QdWVJg Hey guys, check out this link for the GoSun grill, a breakthrough solar powered grill that can cook at night, on Kickstarter. This is my personal link and if I can get at least 25 clicks, I get free shipping. All I'm asking is to look around the site for a little bit. Thanks!
Has anyone seen the man in Sproul Plaza who hides and uses a remote control car to confuse and follow people around? So funny! I miss him, where'd he go?
Are you guys having a fun summer on Telegraph? Tell us your best/favorite summer stories!
Telegraph Berkeley has a calendar of events happening on Telegraph on their page - check it out if you are looking for something to do on the Ave!
If you don't already have plans this weekend, this is a fun event to check out!
I'm pretty sure that most, if not all, human problems come from greed and hate. I want to put fear in there too, but I think that many people hide behind fear as an excuse to cover up greed and hate. "Homophobia", for instance: there are genuine fears for some, (fear of rejection, insecurity of self, etc.) but most of homophobia, as I understand it, comes from hate. There are so many "beat-around-the-bush" excuses for why homophobia is okay and marriage equality should be ill...egal, but really, deep down, it's about hate. And as soon as you realize and accept this, you will feel better and be happier. I promise. I really like the Ubuntu philosophy. If you look at the Wikipedia entry on it, it seems a little socialist. Okay, maybe a lot. But I'd say that is what the untrained eye sees. It's about helping each other, being kind, and love. Maybe it's just a fancy idea that looks good on paper but doesn't work in reality. Or maybe we're just not ready yet. Maybe we need to work together to plant, nourish, and grow the ideas of helping your fellow person. Be the change, right? Well, we can be that change. What kind of world do you want to live in? One where people tear down other people's lives to benefit themselves? One where people are cruel to other people just because they think it's funny? Or one where you can smile at someone and know that they love and respect you as a human being? See more

Let's show everyone how awesome Telegraph is! Post your favorite picture of the Avenue and let us know what's going on in the picture! All eras welcome.
Hey guys! New admin here - I'm working with businesses on Telegraph to try to bring more people back to the avenue. I'll be posting events happening on Telegraph on this page, as well as any deals that I come across. Let me know if there is anything in particular you'd like to see!
Do you all remember Cody's Books? It was a fantastic bookstore but has been empty for some time now. I recently went to a Telegraph Ave. Brainstorming with the Mayor of Berkeley and heard the proposed development. A project has been proposed that would create a "multi concept venue," which would include the sales of books, tapes, and records. It would include a restaurant and take-out window. It would include a full bar and coffee shop. And it would even include a stage for live music and comedy to improve Telegraph Avenue's night life. I'm excited about the possible project. How about you guys?
Hey guys! I know I rarely put anything up here as this is sorta my neglected child. I had no idea we were up to 3,300 likes! I started this page because I wanted to "like" Telegraph on Facebook, Berkeley is where my heart is and Telegraph my second home. But, alas, I no longer live in California. I've been contacted by someone who is affiliated with business on Telegraph, so she will probably take over and be main admin. Also, be sure to check out this awesome artist who wants to share her art on Telegraph along with many other talented people! Our beloved hat lady, who sells hats she made and tells you about her past lives as famous people, or the guy who sells hemp jewelry who is one of the most awesome grizzled hippies of Berkeley, please welcome https://www.facebook.com/shizzart
Please comment and tell us your favorite stories about Telegraph Avenue. We're curious to hear them!
