Filter should be removed when it reaches it service life of 30 carafes. Afterward please use filtered or bottled water. Leaving overused filter in water reservoir caused unnecessary stress on water pump.

For all machines we recommend you to setup the machine on WiFi and leave the machine on overnight to receive the final software update, version 1.1.53-xxxxxxx You can locate this information from Teforia App > Settings >Advanced Settings. If your version number is different, tab on the System Update to initiate the update process, this will take a few minutes. This software update will unlock all the capability of Leaf/Leaf+ machine to be comparable to Classic. Number of inquiries regarding to App support. As stated in our announcement: Our last App release is certified to work on iOS version 11 and Android Oreo. In this release we have removed all dependency on Teforia Cloud services, so the App will operates until major OS update on iOS (Apple 11 was the major release so their next major release is about 3 yrs out) and/or Android. If you have a spare old device that don't require OS updates, we would recommend install the Teforia App on it to avoid forced OS update breaking the App.
