The benefits of home cooked meals! Two extra lean beef (95%/5%) patties, 4 flax seed bread slices, and a bowl of broccoli with peanut dressing. All that with the condiments used came out to roughly 670 calories, with 57 grams of protein and only 19 grams of fat. In comparison an In n Out double double has 670 calories, 41 grams of fat and only 39 grams of protein. As good as in n out in, this was just as tasty and i got to eat a bowl of delicious broccoli. I know it takes time to prepare meals, but it can be so worth it! And 4 of those patties are only $5:49 at trader joes, less than what a meal costs when eating out! If any of you have any favorite meals you like to cook that are healthy and tasty, please share!
