TBSP of Love

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to check in with you and say hello. Of course I have been cooking but cooking in such a different. I guess you could say essential cooking. Instead of experimental cooking, trying out new recipes, or elaborate recipes, I have been "pantry cooking" and loving it. This is a good time to rotate the pantry items and make new recipes with what you have on hand. The rainy weather called for soups and now the sunshine will want lighter. Show me here what you have been preparing. I miss you all, stay safe and cook from the heart!!!

Good morning! I wanted to take a few minutes to touch base with everyone and send some good thoughts to you all. I know you all have heard all the "Wash your hands" warnings. I wanted to take a moment and just stress, "Wash your produce!" This should always be a practice, but now moreso, especially those that are not going to be cooked at a high heat. Just stop and think a moment how many hands touched that produce. Just another safety measure. Take this time to try a new recipe, or perfect one you have been using. Cooking can be a great stress relief and very soothing. Also, maybe you have an elderly or person of need that lives nearby that could use a nice hot meal left on their doorstep. Happy New Year everyone! Sorry to have been absent, life has been rough, but a new year it is! I am so happy to announce 2 classes have been added and more to come! Feb 8th, Instant Pot! Great class for all users and thinkers of being a user. Feb 11th, Knife Skills. Important for all ages, even the experienced cook! Great to get back into the kitchen and it will be even better cooking with you! Ellie
