As 2019 comes to a close, T&B Planning, Inc. would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to our clients, colleagues, and collaborators. Through your confidence in our work and our teamwork on your projects, we’ve accomplished many great things together. Over this past year, we’ve received approvals and/or CEQA clearances for: - 17 industrial/warehouse buildings across Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties; - Three residential Specific Plans in Menifee, Lake Elsin...ore, and unincorporated Riverside County; - A new FedEx parcel hub in Chino; - Expansion of a surface mine in Lake Elsinore; - An attainable housing project, a senior living facility, and an office complex in three Orange County cities; - A high-density, mixed use project in the City of San Diego; - A condominium project in unincorporated Los Angeles County; and - Two historic preservation planning projects in western Pennsylvania. 2019 also was a year of adding more high-quality talent to our team; retaining our loyal client base and welcoming new clients; and moving our corporate office to a larger and more inviting location in Irvine. 2020 is poised to bring even more excitement, with several large projects in the pipeline nearing approval and others just getting started.
