Recently we were honored to create a complete estate plan for free for a local nurse on the front lines of the Covid-19 response, giving that single mother of two some peace of mind knowing that a plan was in place for her family during these uncertain times. As our way to support those in our community who are helping us all face these challenges head on, we at Tistaert, Birdsong & Diaz, PC, are committing to provide at least one complete estate plan a week a living trust,... pour over will, durable power of attorney, and advance health care directive at NO COST for nurses, interns, environmental services or other essential hospital staff until Los Angeles County lifts its Shelter in Place order. In order for us to meet this commitment, we need your help! We will pick at least one family per week, with a preference towards single parents who work or live in the Santa Clarita, Redondo Beach, or Glendale communities.
