How to Bake our Cookies! . 1 Preheat oven to 350F. Position rack(s) close to center of the oven. Most ovens take at least 30 minutes to preheat. . 2 Space frozen dough evenly (about 2 inches apart) on included parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes. [Picture 1]... . 3 Rotate pan [Picture 2] and bake for another 7 minutes. If baking 2 sheets, also rotate top and bottom sheets. Helps bake the cookies evenly. Cookies should barely be turning brown around the bottom edges. Top of the cookies will look undercooked. If in doubt, we prefer a slightly under baked cookie is nicer than an overcooked one. . 4 Remove from oven and rest cookies on baking sheet for 10 minutes. Place baking sheet away from oven/stovetop. To those people I wasn't able to serve tonight, I am so sorry I had to turn you away. It broke my heart to say that we had sold out for the night. I promise to adapt our prep schedule and keep tighter inventory, so that we don't make the same mistake again. We value each and every one of our customers. Your decision to choose us for a meal is not taken for granted. We're keenly aware of how many other great places to eat exist in our community, and we hope to never disappoint... anyone that would choose us. If I haven't lost your faith as a patron, I'm excited to continue to serve you. These past few weeks have been an amazing learning experience and I will keep pushing myself to be better. Sold out of Hainan Chicken for the night! We'd like to say thanks one more time to everyone for their love and support. We're humbled to be at the epicenter of so much human kindness. Each of you is an inspiration to us. You remind us to keep working harder, so we can serve you better! From our heart to yours, thank you for being a part of our dreams. Thanks to everyone who came out to support today! We went from some days having close to no one order our rice, to selling more than sixty orders today! To a big restaurant, that might seem like a paltry number. But we like to think that's sixty plus people that came by to eat with us, and that we got to share our food with. That's a huge deal, and we loved meeting each of you. We are so humbled by everyone's kindness and support. Thank you all, for breathing life and love into our little shop once more. -Amber & Waldo

We sold more chicken today than we ever have! Normally Thursday is our slowest day too! I don't get to say this often, but I think mom would have been proud. Thank you to everyone for your support. Thank you to all our friends for coming out to support the cause! We sold 21 plates of food, which means we get to donate $105 to help Eric's family. Over the past two events we've managed to gather $345 with all of your help. Your kindness is going to directly help mend a family in need, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope you had a great meal with us, and we hope to see you next time. Our team is already hard at work planning next week's event. If any of you have any menu ideas, post them below!
