It’s actually pretty arrogant to think we’re perfect, right? Guilt is the mind beating us up, blocking the very source needed to be successful and happy. The next time you start feeling guilty about something, pause, take a few breaths, and say to yourself, This is my perfect opportunity to learn what I need here to thrive in my life. Let me look at what the teaching is, learn it, change my behavior, and be done with this experience. I can move on to the next opportunity in my life.
