Coming soon! My new office space near Lake Merritt. This a lovely well maintained older building where I can imagine safely seeing clients sometime in the future. For now I will continue seeing clients remotely, and look forward to "going to work!" This office has no shared HVAC and windows where I can bring in fresh air. I also plan on having two Levoit HEPA filters. It feels good to move on up ! Here's to knowing when it's time to let go and move on!

This week I am transitioning to on-line video sessions with my secure platform through Simple Practice. Thus far I have had successful sessions that still feel personal and offer depth.
