Look y’all!!!! I got a foster gnome/dog looking for a forever home. Take Me Home You see, this is Greta Garbo!!! but she heard Halloween is around the corner, and like one of the greatest actors of all time, she got in the spirit of costume change. A few fun facts about Greta. Her tail doesn’t stop wagging. Sometime it wags, other times it propels. She is one of the easiest dogs I have ever fostered. Tolerant doesn’t even begin to describe her. If she wasn’t following ...you around, you’d forget she is there. She is a professional grade A lounger. She hasn’t met anyone she doesn’t LOVE. She loves people, kids, strangers, friends, other dogs, and she was even non reactive to my feral working backyard cat. Oh and she even loves teenagers! Lol She is playful when her housemate is playful (previous foster) or leaves the dog be when the dog isn’t interested in engaging in play (current foster). Just like her namesake actress, she can read a room and adjust her behavior. Her favorite tasks include going on walks, watching me make coffee, helping me w laundry and watching Netflix. If she is allowed on sofa, she is smack next to you. She wants to soak up all the love there is. She is a sponge for love. All the love she absorbs, she can squeeze right back out at the drop of a hat. I asked her to not get on sofa in case her future forever home doesn’t allow it, and she happily napped on the foot of the sofa. She is just happy to be included in a family home setting. From one of Greta's foster families Our amazing foster's Boxer has epilepsy. Greta Garbo has comforted Jameson through his seizures. This is what our foster said today! ( "I have to tell you all, she really should be a service/therapy dog. She sleeps on the pillow next to me in bed each night now. Jameson is next to my side but he had a rough night. Wasn't feeling well...lots of dreams (crying in his sleep). but he was curled up so close to me (by my head and chest). Greta ...gave up her cozy spot. She moved and slept towards the bottom of the bed last night next to Jameson. She was next to him but by my legs. She KNEW he needed extra TLC last night. She's so intuitive. I didn't get much sleep nor did Greta Garbo. I saw her look up at him every once in awhile like she was checking on him.
