Ultimate Coconut Water & Grape Cocktail Ingredients: - 12 seedless red grapes, plus 4 halved grapes... - 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar - 2 ounces vodka, preferably Ciroc - 2 ounces Kara Coconut Water - Crushed ice - 2 ounces chilled Champagne Method: 1, In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 12 whole red grapes with the brown sugar. 2, Add the vodka, coconut water and halved grapes. 3, Stir and pour (don't strain) into a glass over crushed ice, then top with some Champagne.

Curry Crab Ingredients: - 2 Crabs (cleaned and cut) - 150g Onions (sliced)... - 25g Curry Leaves - 25g Tamarind Paste (diluted with 100ml water and sieved) - 50ml Kara Coconut Cream - Cooking Oil - Salt to Taste Spice A: - 1 tsp Fenugreek - 15g Coriander Leaves - 10g Ginger Spice B: - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1 1/2 tsp Seafood Curry Powder - 2 tsp Chili Powder Method: 1, Mix Spice A and B into a curry paste. 2, Heat up wok, add oil and sauté onion slices until light brown. 3, Add curry paste and curry leaves. Continue to sauté until aromatic, stirring continuously. 4, Add tamarind juice, water and crabs. Simmer crabs until almost cooked. Add coconut cream, bring to a boil and adjust seasoning.
