Chef’s Special: Grilled Hamachi Kama. Fully cooked, refrigerated and ready to take home to reheat. We have hot rice all day so you can snag some for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal. Eating kama (fish collar) is like eating wings or crabya gotta get down and use your fingers to dig every last morsel out. Messy but worth it! Put this in front of me with some daikon oroshi, shoyu, and rice and I’m on cloud 9!... Our musubi, poke, and mochiko chicken are ready when we open (11 am) on a first-come, first-served basis. We take preorders if you contact us at least 2 days ahead of time. Besides our own stash, we made extra for sale today: Li Hing Pineapple. AND, we carry Li Hing powder once again, so you can make your own. ... The Li Hing powder adds a nice sweet and puckery flavor to other fresh and dried fruittry it on fresh mango, apples or (my favorite) watermelon! And don’t forget Li Hing Margaritas! If you’ve never had one, I’m sure you can get it at Noelani’s in San Carlos.

The long drought is (partially) over! We can finally get a few Li Hing products, although no seeds themselves. We CAN get Li Hing POWDER and items that are flavored with the powder, like Li Hing mango, Li Hing watermelon candy, Li Hing gummy bears. We still CANNOT get seed (whole seed, crack seed, Li Hing muikeep asking friends in Hawaii or Vegas for those!).
