Yesterday marked the two year anniversary of reopening Hit Squad. All praises to the man upstairs It hasn’t always been easy but with faith in God and strength, we’re still building a strong foundation for many years to come. We are currently experiencing poor air quality due to fires throughout our region. Although we are inside, polluted air causes respiratory irritation and breathing difficulties during exercise and for that reason we are going to close the gym until further notice in order to remain healthy.
