Could this be why we concentrate on the bubbling well. Ta'i Chi Ch'uan is amazing ... see third picture down.
Life is about balance and understanding yin and yang that it is always moving from one to the other. Knowing when to apply the right one is the adventure of a life time. T'ai Chi Ch'uan is the door to the path of inner discovery.
Each of us is a flower, growing in life's garden. Each of us is a flower, we need the sun and rain. Sun, shine your warmth on me. Moon, cool me with your night. Wind, bring the gentle rain. Earth, take my roots down deep. -This is a poem given to my 5 year old in his kindergarten class, I couldn't help but think how deep and meaningful it is. I hope it isn't lost on him, we all could use this reminder...and what a beautiful meditation. -Krista
There are many jewels hidden in Fresno California, there is a rich mixture of cultures and traditional arts that can be explored in our rich society. It takes some hunting and digging around but it can be found. One such jewel is The Tai Chi Center of Fresno. It has been in existence in the Fresno/Clovis area for over 37 years
After a long busy weekend starting on Friday and culminating on Sunday Casa Del Curandero would like to thank all the practitioners who showed up for the Wellne...ss Clinic to donate their time and expertise. The wonderful light explorer children who assisted along side the adults. A big thank you to those who help bring this together. Krista Erickson, Jackie Harris, Jackie Meador, David Ortiz, Jack Semirdzhyan and The Tai Chi Center of Fresno for the sacred space. Thank you to David Gonzalez and Jack Flores for inviting Casa Del Curandero to report on the Wellness Clinic, Light Explores program and future projects. I think there is a trend starting Holistic Event after parties.
This is a really good documentary on Vipassana meditation. The Tai Chi Center of Fresno host a Vipassana meditation every Monday at 6:00pm and is donation based. NO one will be turned away for lack of money.
