Dear valued clients of Taft Veterinary Hospital, At Taft Veterinary Hospital, it is our priority to keep our employees, clients, pets, and their families healthy. As for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to spread globally, Taft Veterinary Hospital is taking appropriate precautions to address the outbreak by following the guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control And Prevention (CDC). We ask that ONLY clients with sick animals and emergencies make appointments at this time. Unless you have a new puppy we will do vaccines out in the car. 2. If your appointment is for a check over, a technician will come out to your vehicle and retrieve you and your animal when a room is ready. 4. We ask that only one person attends each appointment. If you are elderly or disabled and need assistance, please let us know ahead of time that you will have more than one person at your appointment. 5. We ask that if you are sick, please have another person bring your pet to your appointment. We do work on a cash basis and do not do payment plans anymore. Please send payment with person who is bringing your animal. 6. We ask that all orders for food, prescriptions, flea prevention, and deworming call ahead to order items and please pre-pay over the phone, this is just for orders. We ask that you call us 661-763-1581 from the parking lot and we will bring your order out to your vehicle. 7. You will have to pay over the phone! **** we are short staffed and doing the best we can at this time.******* We thank each and every one of our clients for being so understanding and supportive during this time.
