Salvation Army Taft will be changing our operations in order to keep our food pantry open to serve our community due to the corona virus pandemic. We want to do our part to stop the spread of this virus, so we are going to only be open on Wednesdays FOR FOOD PANTRY ONLY from 1 pm - 4 pm .YOU MUST CALL 661-765-5557 FIRST, IN ORDER TO GET A FOOD BOX. We will also be adhering to our 90 day guidelines, which means you can only get food ONCE every 90 days. When you call, we will get your information and have a box ready with your name on it. We will set it outside the gate, when you arrive for pick up and you can pick up your box. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call our office at 661-765-5557. If we do not answer, we WILL return you call. Thank you, stay healthy and follow your State guidelines.

Taft Salvation Army provided Holiday Meals for over 75 families this year, thanks to all the generous donations from THIS community! We thank you for your continued support to Salvation Army for the families in our community. Happy Holidays and a very Happy New Year.!

Salvation Army has Christmas vouchers available for Save more. We are trying to spread the joy, so if you received a voucher for Thanksgiving you may not receiv...e one for Christmas. The vouchers will be given out on Monday December 23rd from 11:00 - 3:00. You can call the office @ (661) 765-5557 to reserve a voucher. Paperwork will need to be filled out to receive the voucher.
