Getting acquainted with the @levlnow device and it performed flawlessly throughout the day’s biohacking festivities! Despite having about a cup of rice with last night’s meal (8:30pm), woke up with a 4PPM! Proceeded to enjoy two cups of bulletproof coffee between 8:30am and 10:30am. Checked my midday #levl - 11.5PPM! I always believed bulletproof coffee was effective at extending ketosis during an intermittent fasting cycle, but NOW I KNOW! Wow, what a powerful biohack... So ...let’s see what else could be done, start stacking baby! Next up was 60 minutes of #PEMF #cellularexercise on the @pulsecenters whole body bed / square pad combo powered by the XL PRO. Re-baselined and recorded a 2.5PPM increase for a 14PPM #levl. Curious to observe the stacked effect as time passed, I checked my #levl ~30 minutes and ~60 minutes later - 15.3PPM and 16.7PPM. Not being one to leave well enough alone - I had another modality within our arsenal to try, the bulletproof vibe.
