We had so much fun working on this Living Room design. And get this, our client recently moved from CA to CO and she said she was able to move this design seamlessly to her new home. She still loves it just as much as the day we installed it for her. LOVE that! We have been working with her virtually on some other rooms in her new home as well.

How is Distance Learning going for those who still have kids at home? I love that my kids are still home but I also am looking forward to the day when they can learn in person too. For those of you who have your kids back at school, was it hard to adjust to having them go back? Do you worry about them getting sick or bringing stuff back home? I have a compromised immune system so I do worry about them bringing stuff back home to me. Will it ever feel safe again?

I love color and I'm not afraid to admit it. I love having clients who also share my love of color! And how fun are those zebra dining chairs. Love love love the zest for playfulness in my clients.

Weekends are for catching up on our chores and meal prep. Who am I kidding? I meal prep maybe two times a year. I know, it's pretty pathetic but it just isn't my groove. Too many conflicting tastebuds in my home makes cooking no fun at all. What about in your house? Are you one of these families I hear about that has delicious home cooked meals every night?????

Hi there. Did we stop your scrolling with our fresh colors and bold patterns?? I'm finding that there are a lot of white walls, neutral finishes, light wood floors in my feed. Everything starts to run together. Let's shake it up a little, dare to be bold and don't always follow the crowd.

Is your guest room ready for the holidays? I know, I know. It seems too early to be thinking about the holidays but don't wait if you want the perfect place for your guests to feel comfortable and cared for. We have some perfect additions for your guest room. Just ask!

I have been dying to take a nice long soak! The past 6 weeks have been very trying on top of the "normal" Covid stress. I severely herniated one of the discs in my lower lumbar and am still recovering from surgery. I'm not allowed to take any baths for a few weeks still. But as soon as I can, you better bet I'll be breaking out the bubbles, wine, music or maybe some Netflix on the iPad. What do you suggest I watch???

I've always envisioned keeping fresh flowers by my bedside every day but somehow the magical flower fairy doesn't always show up. But if you are in the SF Bay Area you have to check out @europeanflowergirl. She made all the flowers for our photo shoot. Totally gorgeous! @psquaredstudios

What are you all up to today? I hope your day is full of being productive but time to relax as well. Where is your house on the subject of trick or treating? Our kids are bummed that we won't be going out this year but I'm hoping we can still find a way to make the day fun. Any ideas? @psquaredstudios

Hands down my favorite bathroom we've designed. Small bathrooms can still have a big impact! Let's hear it for storage drawers in the bathroom! What do you think? Is the floor too bold for you? Don't worry, I won't take it (too) personally. @psquaredstudios

Who loves a good bold tile in the powder room? Small rooms are the best place to make a huge statement. Do you have a powder room that needs more personality? @psquaredstudios

Some of our clients have these hidden treasures just waiting to be revealed and properly respected. Our client had ORIGINAL Chagall sketches that just needed a little love to showcase them. This old oak buffet was two steps from the goodwill pile but we suggested a fresh coat of paint and new hardware and WOWZERS....look at that beauty!

Warrior fans are saddened that they won't be able to watch the best team in the bay this season but that won't stop these fans from showing their colors. We had fun surprising their son by proudly displaying his favorite players. Our house is filled with the sound of college football these days (Go Hokies!). What's on your tv these days?

Throwback to our Almaden Valley photo shoot. Karyn is in charge of making sure every detail is just right. In addition to her keen eye for design, Karyn always has the most amazingly positive outlook and makes everyday at work fun.

Can you pick up on the subtle moroccan influences in this cozy family nook? This family has traveled all over the world and brought back trinkets to remind them of their adventures .
