I am so inspired by @trevorhallmusic new album title, In and Through the Body (and like every word of every song but duh) The greatest spiritual trap in my opinion is the desire to escape the sacred information that lives beneath the surface of your skin. Your heart, your gut, your nervous system, and the subtle body’s energetics is your greatest access to peace, healing and the most alive connection to Spirit possible. We all have the DNA of God and to forget is the greatest... tragedy of human life. So much sickness comes from this forgetting. I forgot for a very long time. It still brings me to tears to know I have learned how to truly feel at home within every imperfect crevice of my skin, emotions and mind. Please don’t run. You’re already home. with the chance of sounding cheesy, I don’t care. It’s September on Tuesday. September. That’s month 9 of 2020. just quit whatever else you’re thinking about for a minute and reflect on what and who you’ve become into over the last 9 months. all of the unanticipated circumstances like arrows into what you thought was happening in your life. some of these things falling were quick to see as blessings and some were gut wrenchingly heart breaking. here you are. it’s August and there’s two days left of that month and then it’s a whole new one. yeah time is made up but may you have a September unlike any before, one where you fully acknowledge that you can Trust your Love. #iloveyou // : THE @coy.sellers
