Here's some info on pickles. I had my Pickle this week. I recommend it especially if you're prone to leg cramps. You need electrolytes. Surprise treat at work today. A co-worker brought me her favorite dish, squash and carrot soup with shrimp. I got home and heated it up on the stove top. It was delicious I don't microwave anymore.
