Please join us for the first PTA Association Meeting of the year via Zoom on Saturday, August 29th at 10am (pajamas and messy hair welcome). We will be adopting the audit from last year, approving the budget for this year and discussing fundraising, membership and a few other important topics. We would also love to hear your ideas on how to best serve our Sycamore Families in this ever-changing environment. Kids need to be present to receive the books. Hope everyone is having a great first week back at school so far Go Skyhawks!

**Reminder** If you are a returning student and haven’t received your (free!) 2019-2020 yearbook yet, there is one more opportunity to receive it prior to school starting. Drive through the school parking lot on Wednesday, August 5th between 4:00-5:30pm to pick it up. We will be wearing masks and ask that you do too. If you are receiving a refund check, please be sure to come during this time

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION, TAKE 2! Haven’t received your student’s 2019-2020 yearbook yet? There is one more opportunity to receive it prior to school starting. THE YEARBOOKS ARE IN!! Yearbooks will be distributed on Monday July 27, from 10:00am until 11:30am, in the school’s parking lot (on Ravenna St)! You will stay in your car and we will hand you a yearbook through your car window as you drive by. We will be wearing masks and ask that you do too. To space people out and keep the lines as short as possible, we ask that you come during the following times according to your student’s last name:... 10:00-10:20 last name A-F 10:20-10:40 last name G-L 10:40-11:00 last name M-R 11:00-11:20 last name S-Z If you previously paid for a yearbook, your check will be returned to you or a new one issued to you when you pick up the yearbook. If you’re not able to pick up your yearbook on Monday 7/27 @10:00-11:30am, then you will need to call the school office to schedule a time to pick it up, and it will be left outside the office door for you. The school office is currently closed and will reopen on Wednesday 7/29, so you could call on or after 7/29 to make those arrangements. Hi Sycamore Family, We have good news! We got an update from Josten's and the yearbooks are finally in transit to us! Check back here tomorrow for an update on a distribution date and time. The location will be at the school's back gate. We appreciate your patience and understanding and can't wait for everyone to have their yearbooks!
