While traditional remoulade is made with mayo and Creole seasoning, we make ours with a fluffy blend of mayo and yogurt (for a lighter spin), plus our signature housemade hot sauce and lots (lots!) of local pickles. We like to think of it as a less creamy, tangier version of a special sauce. So what’ll it be light, medium, or heavy?
