Normally, every year around this time is when I start scrolling through my phone collecting all the memories from the year to create a fun Instastory for our year in review. Except for this year, there were no memories with each other. There were no kitchen antics, no morning coffees with Kayla in our tiny office, no frantic Saturday afternoons for Elaine & I packed up our cars to head out for a long day of wedding setups, no hugs from our vendor friends, no tastings, no ph...oto galleries from our pro photographers & no cake for breakfast. We postponed over 200 weddings and like so many businesses out there, faced probably one of the most challenging seasons of our lives. We know our story isn’t special...we know that every single living breathing human being on this planet faced intense challenges and some dealt with immeasurable loss and grief. If anything we count our blessings that our business survived, that we are all in good health and that we continue to have the love and support of our amazing clients. Our wish for 2021 is simply for more time with the ones we love. More laughs. More coffees together. More hugs. More memories together.
