Hello my awesome and loyal clients! Gosh.. what a roller coaster of a year so far... open.. closed .... open.... closed... schools not opening... . Salons are officially opened and my husband and I have been just so so blessed to find a schooling program that will allow me to keep working . I can’t tell you how emotional it has been for me. Angry, sad, acceptance, wtf’s, tears.... like damn. My availability will be slightly different though... unfortunately I will only have a window of hours available each day... unlike before. Important Announcement With an extremely heavy heart... I have been forced to make the very difficult decision to close down my sweet little salon. I waited as long as I could with hope in my heart that things would change and get better. With the schools only offering 100% virtual online learning its just not a realistic option for my 3 little girls to be academically successful without parental supervision. Unfortunately I do not see an end in sight. It could last onl...y a month or 6 months or maybe this is just way it will end up being from now on. . The initial mandatory shutdown from the governor lasted over 65 days... and with this current shutdown... who knows.. and then there could be another one. I was very proud of my little slice of heaven and I’m very deeply saddened that I have to let it go. I’ve never been a fearful person or the type of person to give up... but I am able to understand the reality. I have been all over this world and have seen and experienced things that I pray most Americans or humans for that matter never have to deal with. I never thought my country and government would ever put me in a position to where it was illegal for me to perform my job or our children’s educators would be so deluded by fear that it’s not considered essential. For those of you out there that are living in fear of all this... please understand that this fear is affecting and impacting people’s lives. I will leave you all with a few quotes to think about.
