Please help if you can. It's a great opportunity to help feed a family in need at Thanksgiving.

RIP Mr. Wilson. I was so glad to be at a recent event at Wilson Creek when you spoke so lovingly about your lifelong partnership with your wife Rosie. It was quite touching. Thank you, and condolences to your family. https://www.facebook.com/temecularotary/posts/10158785256095330

While we are dealing with the impact the recent closures and reopening structure of the Courts has had on us as personal injury attorneys and our clients, here is an interesting article that covers the impact Covid-19 is having on our local wineries. https://www.presstelegram.com//how-coronavirus-has-impact/

Update for Riverside County, as well as others.

Sweeney, Sweeney & Sweeney, APC 10.10.2020

Congratulations, Temecula! We have SAFELY progressed into Phase 2.5 of the State’s Resilience Roadmap. What does this mean? It means that we are now able to ...enjoy sit-down dining at restaurants and shopping in retail stores, with some modifications to keep us safe. Restaurants and retailers will also need to follow the state guidelines for safe operations, including establishing a written COVID-19 prevention plan, performing a comprehensive risk assessment of work areas, and training employees on how to follow the plan. Riverside County is among the counties that have accelerated through to the expanded part of Stage 2, with an approved variance by the State of California. Mayor Stew Stewart states, We met the metrics required by the State to safely open restaurants and retail again, and I am very excited we are moving forward with re-opening Temecula. There are so many small businesses that have added value to this community, and our lives in general, and I encourage our residents to help rebuild Temecula by shopping and dining local. Visit covid19.ca.gov/roadmap for details on the types of businesses that can re-open and TemeculaCA.gov/Reopen for economic recovery information. Let’s keep working together to SAFELY re-open our economy! Stay safe, Temecula! See more

Of course you should research the details and legal requirements for the re-opening, but it's a step forward for that hard hit sector of our community. The sun is starting to peek through the clouds. Stay safe. Together we can do this.

Please stay safe and avoid speeding, even with the roads being empty due to the Coronavirus. If you do happen to get hurt in an automobile collision, call us, we're open and here for you.

We are still available by telephone and can still discuss your case with you. However, as a result of Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-33-20, we will be keeping our door locked during the period in which the Order is in effect. The timing of any pending cases likely will be impacted as the Superior Court of Riverside County has closed some courthouses and limited the types of matters that will be heard. Again, we are here to serve anyone who has been injured in an acci...dent and we can conduct our meetings via telephone and e-mail. Feel free to give us a call at (951)676-8722. Stay safe. Robert J. Sweeney, Esq.

At this time our office is continuing to stay open during our regular hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, until such time as any Covid-19 lock down mandates or orders are issued which would require us to close our doors to in person meetings. Please note that we are available via telephone and can conduct meetings with those in need of our services via telephone and e-mail, if you feel safer doing so or if you are ill. This will remain true, even if we are ordered to close our doors pursuant to a lock down order. Feel free to call us if you have been in accident at (951)676-8722. We can still help. - Robert J.
