Meredith is a speaker, activist, artist, and the Executive Director & Founder of The Swan Within: Healing Through Ballet Program , as well as The Intersection: Mindful Racial Reconciliation. In Meredith's words: "In 2016, I founded The Swan Within: Healing Through Ballet Foundation. My ultimate goal was to empower young sexually exploited girls who have been victims of unimaginable abuse to have agency over their own bodies and general well-being".
