ATISARADIARRHEA . . WHAT Aggravated Pitta leading to more frequent loose/watery stools... If undigested food is seen in stools, it is best to let the diarrhea continue for sometime . . HOW Rice with buttermilk/yogurt: Cook a cup (or desired amount) of basmati rice and add in 1/2 tsp of ghee when water starts to boil. When rice is cooked, take out in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of yogurt or 1/2 cup buttermilk and mix well. Adding in digestive spices is a bonus! Buttermilk with fenugreek seeds, cumin, and salt: Take 1/3 cup of yogurt and fill the rest of the glass (about cup) with water. Add in fenugreek seeds, cumin, dry ginger powder, and pink salt. Mix well and drink!
