246 Ritch St, SF was one of my first vacant lot listing and also my first million dollar listing. It used to be an auto body shop that belonged to my client's family until it became completely abandoned. We sold it to an independent contractor back in 2006. Fast forward 12 years later it's a beautifully built 4 story apartment building with a boba tea shop. My job has lots of rewards and one of them is I get to show my kids this amazing project that I had a tiny part in. Thank you Jon Elvin wherever you are.
