Sutterville Elementary String Orchestra

Because we all need a bit of humor, spot-on, Melanie!!

Do you love music? or, are you REALLY interested in learning how to play an instrument? Then join the Sutterville Elementary School string orchestra and learn with other excited stingrays you can choose viola, violin or cello. 3rd 6th graders are welcome to join the Sutterville Elementary School Orchestra and two levels are offered: Beginning and Intermediate, which meet every Tuesday and Thursday. Intermediate Orchestra (for returning beginning students and any violin, v...iola or cello player who has read music for over 1 year): First day of class is Tuesday, 17 September 2019 at 8:15 am in the multipurpose room. Beginning Orchestra (for students 3rd-6th grade wanting to learn violin, viola or cello): First day of class is Tuesday, 1 October 2018 at 7:45 am in the multipurpose room. Parents of beginning students are highly encouraged to attend the first class. Tuition is $35 per month with a $20 instrument loan fee (for those renting instruments). Each students is required to purchase additional books, supplies and a music stand for home.

Intermediate Orchestra (for returning beginning students and any violin, viola or cello player who has read music for over 1 year) begins this Tuesday, 18 September 2018 at 8:15 am in the multipurpose room. Sutterville Elementary String Orchestra preparation is underway!! tuesday, 20 september 2016 is the first day for advanced orchestra and i couldn't be more excited!! we'll meet at 815am each tuesday and thursday in the multi-purpose room. please make sure to bring your instruments, music binder, manuscript paper and strictly strings book - for beginning students new to advanced orchestra, bring all of your class materials from last year and ave strictly strings book 2 by 27 september.... questions? problems? concerns? please feel free to contact me at [email protected]
