Suspenders

The 'sweet boys' who assisted in feeding the homeless, are now homeless themselves, sleeping in my car with 3 dogs. All due to a moral injustice, not financial, our principal backer and her attorney caused this. Please, we need an army of help !

What a great day helping out on skid row today. Cooking up 1200 hot dogs on @woodysgrill to pass out, along with 2500 pairs of socks and bottled water. This is just a peek into their home. Suspenders aim is to bridge the social gap, and to give hope. There are 5,000 beautiful souls living on the streets here, many with amazing talents. They just need a chance to be heard, everyone needs help sometime... We were unable to find CC, but I will be back this week to look for her.... This will all happen again Nov. 22nd! After many discussions, we have decided to just be Suspenders, and not limit ourselves to only one category of cuisine. It's a collaboration of two people with different backgrounds and taste in food. You will still see a few things from the Italian menu, but with an added variety and twist on home style. We look forward to spiral potatoes, philly cheese steak, peanut butter chicken baskets, footlong corn dogs, and much more! Our Kickstarter campaign will relaunch tomorrow morning, along with two local publications in hopes to gain much more momentum. Check back then for the link(s) and please share our campaign!
