What's Up Wednesday with the Market in the East Bay!!! A few Cities saw more homes hit the market and some had a decrease. I have been showing a lot of homes in the $900,000 to $1,500,000 price range in the last week and when you have to wait in line to show a home it is a pretty good indicator there aren't enough homes to meet the buyer demand! With Interest Rates so low and people reexamining what home means to them due to the Pandemic, it has created a real surge!
