i am saluting to the architecture who turned a run down warehouse into this extraordinary usage of the space and structure into a beautiful and almost a mediation inviting place for living that is impressive.

Would you not want to live in this building? You can take a high speed rail to LA in 2.5 hours and shop, eat, entertain your friends downstairs ? The building won't be done until 2019, maybe I shall set a goal to get one of these most desirable unit (my humble opinion) in SF. That is a good mid term goal, agree?

This 37 Blake St. property was sold at $851,000 in 2013, now it got redone and turned into 2 units (3000 sq ft) condos for $2.2M. How to see a potential treasure from something not so attractive nor desirable is the KEY.

I have just signed a 3 years leasing and got my new 2015 Prius 5 dr HB yesterday. Why--I decided to continue my effort in reducing CO2 emission and provide my riders with the safest small car (according to the Consumer Report) including my little grand baby Maya. Driving is fun and not owning a car is an even funner concept (get to drive a new car every 3 years) after owning car most of my adult life (won't tell you how long it is).

The balance of free market in housing, now is tilting toward the buyer side. To buy nor not to buy is the big question. I say "Buy" now when the wind is beneath the supply.
