Our artisanal sake is sourced from breweries in Japan that have a rich history, some of which have only recently become available in the US. Order by the bottle, or allow us to take you on a sake pairing journey that will not only complement, but enhance the enjoyment of the sushi’s textures and flavors. #SushiIi #NewportBeach #Top5 #HotNewRestaurants #OrangeCountyRegister

This traditional ceramic style is distinguished by its deep green color and contrasting white background displaying hand-painted scenes of nature. Our 5- course Omakase menu is named after this traditional type of pottery.

Now in season: the rare Matsutake mushroom. These highly sought-after mushrooms are harvested just once a year and are becoming increasingly rare. With subtle spice and an aroma of cinnamon, these mushrooms are a treat for the senses. This weekend, they’ll be making an appearance in Chef Ii’s Bizen Omakase experience. *Bizen Omakase requires a one-day notice.

Sushi ii has recently partnered with Savarerre wines and exclusively imported the 2017 Chardonnay as part of our handpicked global wine list. Ned Goodwin MW has characterized the 2017 as the best yet and among the finest of Australian chardonnay. All the wines are grown and made organically by winemaker Keppel Smith using bio dynamic practices on the Estate in Beechworth, in the foothills of the Australian Alps. Come celebrate the opening of dine-in by enjoying our Savaterre 2017 Chardonnay.
