Fire & Power outage information: Members in Lakeview, OR will be experiencing blinks & members in the Valley Falls to Summer Lake areas will be losing power per the request of the Forest Service due to a back burn along our transmission line around Paisley, OR. UPDATE: 7/29/2020 Power was restored at 1:20 P.M. Ash Valley Members- There will be a planned power outage on Wednesday July 29, 2020 from 9:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. due to fire damage repairs that will only affect members in the Ash Valley area.... We thank you for your patience & cooperation.

Update **Power was restored to the end of Butte Creek Rd. on Sunday July 26th at 9:40 a.m. Thank you everyone for your patience. SVEC was instructed by Cal Fire to disconnect power to the Ash Valley area due to the Gold Fire. Power was disconnected around 7:30 p.m. on 7/23/20.... We will keep you updated as more information comes in. Thank you.

We have received a few phone calls from members that someone is calling stating they work for Surprise Valley Electric and they are trying to collect money. Please do not give them any personal information, it is a scam. Thank you.
