One of two wine-crate cabinets for inside my vardo to make packing for faire easier. The wood has been ebonized/antiqued with iron acetate solution made from dissolving a pad of steel wool in a jar of vinegar. Infusions! It was time to make more calendula oil (pictured in the large jar) and to create a few new infusions. The green infusion is a powerhouse of comfrey root & leaf, arnica, mugwort, white willow bark and marjoram. All aimed at relieving pain & inflammation. Then we have two other infusions - cayenne & ginger (ginger not pictured) which are warming oils - cayenne to warm & relieve pain and ginger for warming and increased circulation....
