On this project we removed 4300 Monier concrete tile after a Roof Tile Recycle company here in Rio Linda, CA baulked on a commitment to remove the tile so they could sell it later. So we stepped up and ate the cost of the removal. We then repaired the roof deck, installed GAF Ice & Water, GAF Tiger Paw, added facia throughout, repaired some Truss, reduced a 4 ft eve to 2 ft and after long delays, due to China coil metal delays (we need our steel industry back), we inst...alled Skyline Cool Roof Standing Seem roofing. our sympathy and heart felt prayers go out to those residence of Paradise and Butte County caught up in the fire storm. The smoke reached us 150 miles away. Can’t imagine the desperation, fear, stress they are experiencing. ( same to those in Southern CA attack). Praise the hero’s who stepped up!
