Yesterday the Governor of California moved our county to the purple tier of their 4 color Covid-19 color coded opening protocol. I thought now would be a good time to let you know we are still open and familiarize you with the protocols we have in place to keep you and your family safe. In dentistry we have always held a very high standard of infection control. Every treatment room is cleaned and disinfected, and all instruments sterilized between patients. Above of what w...e were doing prior to the pandemic we have added new protocols. We conduct a health and temperature screening of every patient that comes in. We stager appointments to make sure the reception room never has more than one person at a time. We have added new air filtration and Ionizer, UVC lights and a Hypochlorous acid aerosol to ensure the air in the office is circulating and as clean as possible. We want assure you it has never been safer to come to the dentist. We are concerned for our patients who are putting off care for fear of the Covid-19 virus. Untreated dental disease does not get better if left alone over time, it gets worse and can affect your overall health.
