We love our work at Sun Light & Power, especially when it involves chocolate. At our Valentine's Day baking contest we sampled many delectable entries and had a tough time deciding which one was the tastiest. The winner was a delicious confection featuring a crispy chocolate and praline base, and a chocolate mousse layer with raspberries. It was made by Mailys Bernier (pictured, center). Merveilleux!
